In order to develop transfer agency services in remote settlements of the country, as well as to ensure the availability of pension services to the entire population of Kazakhstan, the UAPF, together with Kazpost JSC, continues to work on additional connection of Kazpost JSC divisions to the Fund's services.
Thus, to date, UAPF services can be obtained in 376 divisions of Kazpost JSC.
Recall that thanks to the joint project of UAPF JSC and Kazpost JSC, in the divisions of the national postal operator, the contributors (beneficiaries) of the Fund can perform the following types of operations:
• submit an application to change (supplement) the additional details of the contributor (beneficiary) (details of an identity card, telephone number, e-mail and postal addresses);
• sign an agreement on changing (defining) the method of informing (including access to the services of UAPF JSC in electronic format).
In the first half of 2022, the contributors (beneficiaries) of the Fund in the divisions of Kazpost JSC received about 6.5 thousand services. The greatest demand for UAPF services in the subdivisions of Kazpost is observed in Kyzylorda, Zhambyl and East Kazakhstan regions.

At the same time, we inform you that most of the UAPF services, for example, obtaining an extract from an individual pension account, changing details, etc., can be obtained without leaving home, online through the Personal Account on the enpf.kz corporate website or in the ENPF mobile application.
