The authorized person through whom it is possible to obtain information on issues of personal reception of individuals and representatives of legal entities, as well as consideration of appeals and requests, including the procedure for appealing decisions and (or) actions (inaction) based on the results of consideration of appeals and requests is the leading specialist of the Documentation Support Department of the Documentation Support Department, Madina Nurgalievna Akhmetkalieva.
* Due to the impossibility of receiving visitors for objective reasons, the reception of visitors is postponed to the following week in accordance with the schedule of reception of visitors by the Foundation's management.
In cases of introduction and operation of a state of emergency in the Republic of Kazakhstan/quarantine, the reception of visitors is limited/once a month.
