Responsibilities of the Deputy Chairperson of the Executive Board:

Responsibilities include general management, coordination, and oversight of the following:

• Operational work on pension benefit payments and transfers of pension savings, as well as payments of contingent pension obligations to individuals, payments of target savings, including interaction with second-tier banks and other organizations carrying out certain types of banking operations;
• Coordination of accounting and reporting on own assets;
• Accounting and reporting of pension assets, target assets, and target savings;
• Accounting and control of transactions on current accounts;
• Ensuring operational work and settlement transactions on pension assets in individual pension savings accounts, contingent pension accounts, and on target assets and target savings in target savings accounts;
• Interaction with government agencies, organizations, and individuals on matters within its competence.

Education

In 1999, she graduated with honors from Taraz State University named after M.Kh. Dulati, majoring in Accounting and Auditing.

Work Experience

From 2000 to 2006, she worked at the State Accumulative Pension Fund JSC, holding various positions: Account Consolidation Worker in the Contributor Relations Sector, Specialist in the Sector for Notifying and Consolidating Erroneous Accounts in the Coordination Department, Leading Specialist in the Department for Notifying and Consolidating Erroneous Accounts, Leading Specialist-Accountant in the Accounting and Reporting Sector of the Pension Asset Accounting and Operations Department, Leading Economist in the Settlement Operations Sector of the Pension Accounting and Operations Department, Leading Specialist-Accountant in the Accounting and Reporting Sector of the Pension Asset Accounting and Operations Department, Chief Specialist in the Pension Asset Accounting of the Pension Asset Accounting and Operations Department. From 2006 to 2013, she continued working at Unified Accumulative Pension Fund JSC (UAPF) as a Chief Specialist, Head of the Pension Asset Accounting of the Pension Asset Accounting and Reporting Department, Head of the Pension Asset Accounting - Deputy Director of the Pension Asset Accounting and Reporting Department, Head of the Financial Instruments Accounting - Deputy Director of the Pension Asset Accounting and Reporting Department, and Director of the Pension Asset Accounting and Reporting Department.

From September 2013 to October 2025, Zhanara Korganbekovna served as Managing Director of the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund JSC, and from 2016 to 2019, she served as Managing Director and member of the Executive Board of Unified Accumulative Pension Fund JSC.

Since November 2025, Zhanara Korganbekovna has been appointed Deputy Chairperson of the Executive Board and member of the Executive Board of UAPF JSC.

She is not permitted to hold more than one position.

Medal "20 Years of the Tenge" (2013).

For her contribution to the development of the financial sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan, she was awarded the Public Order "Honored Financier".
