On March 19, 2025, he was elected to the Board of Directors as a representative of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On April 1, 2025, he was elected as a Chairman of the Board of Directors of “UAPF” JSC.

Performs the functions of the Chairman of the Board of Directors in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Charter, the Regulation on the Board of Directors and other internal documents of “UAPF” JSC.

Education:

In 1995, he graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management in specialty “Finance and Credit”.

In 2009, he graduated from the International Business School at the Kazakh Economic University named after T. Ryskulov in specialty “Strategic Management” (MDA).

Work experience:

In the years 1998 – 2006, he worked in various positions in the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the years 2006 – 2014, he was the Director of the Coordination Department of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the years 2014 – 2015, he was the Managing Director of the “Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan” JSC.

In 2015, he was the Deputy Head of the Department of Social and Economic Monitoring of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the years 2015 – 2018 he was the Head of the Department of Social and Economic Monitoring of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the years 2018 – 2019, he was the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the years 2019 – 2020, he was the Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the years 2020 – 2021, he was the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the years 2022 – 2024, he was the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the years 2024 – 2025, he was the Advisor to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On February 17, 2025, by the order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed as the First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
