Date of election to the Board of Directors, status and functions of a member of the Board of Directors:

On June 22, 2026, she was elected to the Board of Directors as an independent director.

She serves as a member of the Board of Directors and an independent director in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Charter, the Regulations on the Board of Directors, and other internal regulatory documents of UAPF JSC.

Education:

In 1999 and 2001, she graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Economics.

In 2021–2022, she completed the Stanford LEAD executive development program at Stanford Graduate School of Business (USA).

Work experience:

From 2001 to 2014, she served as Head of Department, Deputy Head of Department, Chief Analyst, and Leading Analyst in the Research and Statistics Department of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2016 to 2019, she served as Director of the Cash Handling Department of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2020 to 2022, she served as Chief Analyst at Samruk-Kazyna Invest JSC.

From 2021 to 2024, she served as a member of the Board of Directors, independent director and as a member of the audit, risk, and HR and remuneration committees in financial organizations. 

Other positions held:

From October 2023 to the present, she is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the private company QANAT INVEST (AIFC).
