As of April 1, 2025, during the implementation of the National Fund for Children program, UAPF JSC executed (transferred to authorized operators for crediting to the bank accounts of applicants) 83,937 applications worth more than 9.30 million US dollars. Of these, 48,626 applications for more than 5.37 million US dollars were executed for the purpose of improving housing conditions, and 35,311 applications for about 3.93 million US dollars were executed for paying for education. Let us remind you that the recipient of target savings has the right to use the entire amount or part of it, the remainder of the unused amount remains in the target savings account (TSA).

In the context of improving housing conditions, Kazakhstanis most often used funds to replenish a deposit in housing construction savings for further accumulation (47,358 applications were completed for a total of about 5.24 million US dollars), make a down payment to obtain a mortgage loan for the purchase of housing - 398 applications for a total of 42.48 thousand US dollars, and purchase housing in ownership through civil transactions (final settlement) - 345 applications for a total of about 35.71 thousand US dollars.

In terms of paying for education, the most popular sub-goals were: paying for educational services of educational organizations located in the Republic of Kazakhstan, in installments (for each academic period or academic year) or in full at one time (for the entire period of study) (30,521 applications for the amount of 3.42 million US dollars were completed), replenishing an educational savings deposit under an agreement on an educational savings deposit (3,616 applications for the amount of 383.60 thousand US dollars were completed), paying for educational services of foreign educational organizations in installments (for each academic period or academic year) or in full at one time (for the entire period of study) (1,015 applications for the amount of 106.04 thousand US dollars were completed).

We remind you that this year, all children - citizens of our country have received funds from the National Fund of Kazakhstan for the second time.

Statistics on the number of participants in target requirements and recipients of target savings, as well as the use of target savings to improve housing conditions and (or) pay for education, broken down by authorized operators and regions, can be found on the enpf.kz website.

Adult citizens must independently obtain information about their TS through their personal account on the UAPF or e-government Internet resources, and then contact the authorized operator to open a bank account in US dollars and submit an online application for payment of TS to improve housing conditions and (or) pay for education.
