18.11.2025

A joint project between UAPF and the Business FM radio station was implemented. Using audio and video podcasts, hosts Rustam Maksutov and Yerlanbi Dauletyar, along with experts from UAPF and the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, discussed the most pressing issues related to the country's pension system and informed listeners and viewers about global trends in this area, explaining complex concepts in simple and understandable language.

The discussions addressed global demographic trends, the global transition to a funded component, long-term pension planning, and employee motivation to save. They also touched on topics such as pension asset management, the possibility of transferring savings to investment portfolio managers (IPMs), the implementation of new rules for developing investment strategies, types of pension benefits, and the latest changes to pension legislation.

The project aims to improve the financial literacy of Kazakhstanis regarding the pension system. The program is targeted at entrepreneurs, businesspeople, and anyone interested in building and effectively managing their pension savings.
