Functions of the Managing Director:

Provides general management, coordination and control of work on the following issues:

• functioning and development of the Fund’s information systems;
• implementation of new information systems;
• selection of optimal technological solutions to maintain the target architecture of information systems;
• ensuring the uninterrupted functioning of the Fund’s information systems;
• development and organization of IT infrastructure;
• interaction with government bodies, organizations and individuals on issues within its competence;
• forming a list of participants in target requirements based on information received from the Individuals State Database.

Education
In 1994 he graduated from the Kazakh State National University named after Al-Farabi majoring in Mathematics.

Experience
From 2014 to 2024 he worked at Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, as Director of the Department for Development and Support of Information Systems;

From 2007 to 2014, he worked at ATF Bank JSC, holding various positions: head of the Development Directorate of the Information Systems Department, senior expert of the related applications department of the Software Development Directorate of the Information and Communication Technologies Management Department, senior expert of the IT Project Management, director of development and support information systems of the Directorate for Development and Support of Information Systems, Director of the Development and Support of Information Systems of the Software Development Directorate of the Department for Information and Communication Technologies Management;

From 2003 to 2007, he worked at Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, holding various positions: chief specialist of the design and development department of the banking information system of the Information Technology Department, chief specialist of the auxiliary systems support department of the Software Department of the Information Technology Department, head of the support department of auxiliary systems of the Software Department of Information Technology, senior manager of the Office of Systematic and Supporting Systems Support of the Department of Information Technology, chief manager of the Office of Support of Systematic and Supporting Systems of the Department of Information Technology;

From 1999 to 2003, he worked at the Banking Service Bureau of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, holding various positions: II category specialist of the information systems design and development department, head of the sector of the design department I.S., I category specialist I.S., leading specialist of the support department, chief specialist of the support department, chief software engineer of the support department;

From 1998 to 1999 he worked at the Institute of Economic Research of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as an engineer;

From 1995 to 1998 he worked at the Almaty Technical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as a teacher of mathematics and computer science;

From 1994 to 1995 he worked at the Space Research Institute as a software engineer.

Part-time work is not carried out.
