Functions of the Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board:

• Provides general management, coordination and control of work on the following issues:
• actuarial research in the field of the pension system of the Republic of Kazakhstan and strategic analysis and development of the Fund;
• ensuring, functioning and relevance of the risk management system;
•  analysis of the investment portfolio taking into account risk exposure;
• providing information and explanatory work about the activities of the Fund, the pension system of the Republic of Kazakhstan through the media;
• maintenance and development of the regional network;
• provision of remote consulting services;
• activities of the Fund’s branches;
• interaction with government bodies, organizations and individuals on issues within its competence

Education
In 1998, she graduated with honors from the Kazakh State Academy of Management in Almaty with the qualification “International Economist”;

In the period from 1997 to 1999 she studied at the University of Osnabrück (Germany) with a degree in International Economics;

In 2009 she graduated from Kainar University in Almaty with a degree in Jurisprudence.

Training, internships in European financial institutions

Experience
From 1999 to 2003, she began her career at the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a leading, then chief specialist in the Internal Audit Department, specializing in the audit of monetary transactions, financial supervision, international borrowing, and accounting.

From 2003 to 2014, she worked at Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, holding the positions of Head of the Banking Products Development Division (from 2003 to 2007), Member of the Board: Managing Director, then Deputy Chairman of the Board (from 2007 to 2014). Supervised by Ygeubayeva S.A. included departments of risk management, development of banking products, monitoring and administration of loans, quality, advertising and PR, international cooperation.

From 2014 to 2017, she worked at Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC as Managing Director. Supervised the activities of the accounting department, operational department, and financial department.

Since February 2017, she has been appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Unified Accumulative Pension Fund JSC.

Part-time work is not carried out.
