Date of election to the Board of Directors, status, and functions as a Board member:

Elected to the Board of Directors of UAPF JSC on February 25, 2026, as a representative of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Performs the functions of a member of the Board of Directors in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Charter, the Regulation on the Board of Directors, and other internal documents of UAPF JSC. 

Education:

In 1994, he graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in Business and Management.

In 2004, he graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian and Law University with a degree in Jurisprudence. 

Experience:

He began his career in 1994 as an accountant at the Pobeda state farm in the Shymkent region.
From 1995 to 2010, he held various positions in the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan: leading specialist, chief specialist, sector manager, department head, and department head.

From 2014 to 2020, he held various positions at Information and Accounting Center JSC in Astana.

From 2020 to 2022, he was the head of the Department for the Sale of Republican Property and Post-Privatization Control of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2022 to 2024, he was the head of the Shymkent Department of State Property and Privatization of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From May 2024 to the present, he holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
