Total contracts under all types of pension contributions have surpassed 10.1 mn contracts, of which the number of contracts on compulsory pension contributions was about 9.7 mn. Number of depositors of compulsory professional pension contributions has made 396 150 contracts, while number of depositors of voluntary pension contributions accounted for 39 183.

Investment income obtained since the beginning of 2016 and distributed to individual pension accounts of depositors has totaled KZT 127.37 bn. Annual return on UAPF depositors’ pension assets (April 2015 – March 2016) has reached KZT 139.04 bn with inflation rate for the same period of 15.7%. In the period from January 1 to March 31, 2016 contributions amounting to some KZT 152.4 bn have been collected on depositors’/ recipients’ IPAs. While pension payments and transfers made by the Fund within specified time was equal to KZT 60.67 bn, including transfers to insurance companies of KZT 4.81 bn.

The state guarantees safety of compulsory pension contributions and compulsory professional pension contributions in the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund in the amount of actually paid contributions, taking into account the inflation rate as of the date of acquisition of a right by recipient to pension payments according to the Law On Pension Provision in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Depositors to the Fund can control the flow of contributions on website UAPF.kz, via UAPF mobile application or e-gov portal.

As of March 01, 2016 total contracts under all types of pension contributions has exceeded 10.1 mn contracts, of which the number of depositors of compulsory pension contributions has reached some 9.7 mn depositors. Number of depositors of compulsory professional pension contributions has made 393 986. Number of depositors of voluntary pension contributions is still less than about 40 000 people.
