Following an audit conducted as part of certification procedures, Unified Accumulative Pension Fund JSC (hereinafter referred to as the UAPF or the Fund) received ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 compliance certification for the provision of services for the development, maintenance, and technical support of the integrated automated information system "Personalized Accounting of Pension Savings."

The audit was conducted by CERT International, an international certification body and a member of the Eurasian Association for Sustainability and Security (EAASS). This organization creates a unified system for assessing the quality, security, and sustainable development of businesses in the Eurasian region, accredits certification bodies, and promotes the international recognition of issued certificates.

This certificate confirms that the UAPF implements international quality standards, which increases the confidence of clients, partners, and all stakeholders in the Fund's commitment to the effective management of its IT services. This is official recognition of the maturity and high level of the Fund's IT service management system.

As a reminder, at the latest forum of the International Social Security Association (ISSA), UAPF was awarded a Certificate of Merit in the “Digitalization of Services” category for its contribution to the advancement of digitalization in the field of social security and the effective use of modern technologies to improve the transparency and quality of service.
