• Exercises general management and control over the activities of the Fund on all issues not falling within the exclusive competence of the Sole Shareholder and the Board of Directors of the Fund.
• On May 31, 2019, he was elected to the Board of Directors of UAPF JSC as a representative of the executive body (re-elected on July 20, 2020)
• Performs the functions of a member of the Board of Directors in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Charter, the Regulations on the Board of Directors and other internal documents of UAPF JSC.
• Member of the HR, Remuneration and Social Issues Committee of the Board of Directors of UAPF JSC.

Saule A. Yegeubayeva

Functions of the Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board:

• Provides general management, coordination and control of work on the following issues:
• actuarial research in the field of the pension system of the Republic of Kazakhstan and strategic analysis and development of the Fund;
• ensuring, functioning and relevance of the risk management system;
•  analysis of the investment portfolio taking into account risk exposure;
• providing information and explanatory work about the activities of the Fund, the pension system of the Republic of Kazakhstan through the media;
• interaction with government bodies, organizations and individuals on issues within its competence

Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board, Member of the Executive Board of UAPF JSC

Responsibilities of the Deputy Chairperson of the Executive Board:

Responsibilities include general management, coordination, and oversight of the following:

• Operational work on pension benefit payments and transfers of pension savings, as well as payments of contingent pension obligations to individuals, payments of target savings, including interaction with second-tier banks and other organizations carrying out certain types of banking operations;
• Coordination of accounting and reporting on own assets;
• Accounting and reporting of pension assets, target assets, and target savings;
• Accounting and control of transactions on current accounts;
• Ensuring operational work and settlement transactions on pension assets in individual pension savings accounts, contingent pension accounts, and on target assets and target savings in target savings accounts;
• Interaction with government agencies, organizations, and individuals on matters within its competence.

Yedil A. Medeu

Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board, Member of the Executive Board of UAPF JSC

Functions of the Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board:

Exercises general management, coordination, and oversight of activities regarding:

• organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the investment of the Fund’s own assets and the analysis of the investment portfolio comprising both the Fund’s pension assets and its own assets;
• defining strategic priorities for the development of digital technologies and the digitalization of the Fund;
• coordinating the implementation of key initiatives and projects related to the development of digital systems and process automation;
• coordinating the development of IT architecture and technological infrastructure in alignment with the Fund’s strategic goals;
• interacting with government bodies, organizations, and individuals on matters within his/her area of ​​responsibility.

Murat T. Sharipov

Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board, Member of the Executive Board of the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund Joint-Stock Company.

Functions of the Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board:

Exercises overall management, coordination, and oversight of activities regarding:

• support and development of the regional network;
• provision of remote consulting services;
• overall coordination of the Fund’s branches;
• interaction with government bodies, organizations, and individuals on matters within his scope of competence.

Arman T. Mukhatov

Managing Director, Member of the Executive Board of UAPF JSC

Functions of the Managing Director:

• organizing and conducting procurement of goods, works, and services, as well as other acquisitions of goods, works, and services carried out without the application of special provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• administrative and economic activities of the Fund;
• forming (planning) the Fund's budget and monitoring its implementation;
• conducting a financial and economic analysis of the Fund's activities in terms of planning, execution, and monitoring of income and expenditure estimates (budget);
• interacting with government agencies, organizations, and individuals on matters within its competence.

Nurseit S. Bozzhanov

Functions of the Managing Director:

Exercises general management, coordination, and oversight of activities regarding:

• the operation and development of the Fund’s digital systems;
• the implementation of new digital systems;
• the selection of optimal technological solutions to support the target architecture of digital systems;
• ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the Fund’s digital systems;
• the development and organization of IT infrastructure;
• interacting with government bodies, organizations, and individuals on matters within his area of ​​responsibility.

Nazym A. Baqtybayev

Managing Director of the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund Joint-Stock Company

Responsibilities of the Managing Director:
Provides general management, coordination, and oversight of the Fund's work on the following issues:

• document management and archiving;
• legal support for the Fund's activities;
• handling distressed assets;
• interaction with government agencies, organizations, and individuals on matters within his/her competence.
